Returns

We believe in the quality, cut and design of our product and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Make a Return

Begin by logging into your account using your email address and 6-digit one time access code which will be sent to your inbox. Select the order that you would like to submit a return for, add in a return reason and then click Request Return. Please ensure your order meets the below Returning Conditions. 

Returning Condition

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached within 14 days of receiving the order. Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for return. Any items returned to SAINT LX without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.

Flash Sale 

Items purchased during a Flash Sale can only be returned for a store credit. 

Final Sale 

All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty.

Please make a return and place a new order.

Faulty Items

We hope you never receive a faulty item and sincerely apologise to hear you may have, we understand this is disappointing. So we are able to best assist you, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to clientservice@saintlx.com

Return Shipping

We encourage you to return your item/s via registered post as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by SAINT LX. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time for Returns

We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email response when our team has received your return and again when the refund or credit note has been processed.
